Contributory Value

In real estate arena, this term is used to describe how much one aspect of a property adds to it whole value. Examples would be a pool, house size, the number of rooms. Contributory values can vary, depending on the nature of the real estate feature itself, what the buyer is looking for and the current state of the economy.
