Owner Financing

Here we have the scenario, also often referred to as “creative financing,” where a property owner agrees to help a buyer finance the purchase. This arrangement can be a win/win for both parties: for the buyer having trouble getting financial assistance from a conventional mortgage lender, and/or is reluctant to pay existing market interest; and for the seller finding it difficult to sell the property.
