Property Management

This term refers to the administration of the three different kinds of real estate, residential, commercial and/or industrial. Such management is usually done on behalf of property owned by another person, group, or institution, for the purpose of maintaining the value of the property while generating ongoing rental income. Apartment buildings, rented houses and office space are examples of managed properties.
