Return on Net Assets

This term refers to one of the formulas available for evaluating a company’s financial performance. Here it is: return on net assets= net inc/ fixed assets + net working cap. By fixed assets, we mean the real or tangible ones used in production, for example, machinery or real estate. You can gauge net working capital by looking at a company’s current assets and then subtracting its current liabilities.
